This is my favorite moisturizing shampoo to wash natural hair. It never strips my hair and it also helps with detangling. I have used it both full strength and diluted and I got good results either way. I also love the smell and the texture of this product. This product is organic and is free of chemicals and sulfates. I gave this a 5/5 because the products did everything it claimed on the bottle. I especially recommend natural with Type 4a & 4b hair to try this shampoo. Consumers of all hair types give this product high ratings.
