I use this conditioner very frequently on my natural hair when I was growing it out. It is natural and is free of mineral oil, parabens, or silicones. The only reason I give it 4/5 stars is because it does not really help much with detangling and I do not get the best results from it when I use it as an instant conditioner. It works best for me when I leave it on at least 20 minutes with a plastic cap. Overall though I find that it is very moisturizing and leaves my hair soft. I have even used it as a leave-in conditioner for natural hair. I can only find this product online so I stock up on it and buy several bottles at once.
